Innkeeper's Special is our last minute deal for adventurous guests. You are guaranteed an elegant rooms and all the same amenities, but we allocate your room to you. The room will be allocated on the day of your arrival. You may or may not have to move rooms during your stay and you could end up in any room - a standard room on the top floor or a premium suite. "Innkeeper's Special" is the perfect choice for budget conscious guests who do not mind stairs and enjoy trying out different rooms. There is a 2 guest maximum for Innkeeper’s Special reservations.

Deposit Policy
In order to hold your reservation, we take a deposit of the first night's stay plus 13% tax. This will be charged to your card within 48 hours of making your reservation. If you are staying for more than one night then your balance will be due at check-out. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash or Traveler's Checks.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee. To receive a refund of your deposit, less the cancellation fee, we require at least 7 days notice prior to check in. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will forfeit the entire deposit unless we can re-sell the room.

Parking Policy
Parking is on the street and metered. Meters are read Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm. We will cover the cost of parking at a meter within the vicinity of the Inn from check in time of 3pm until check out at 11am.

If you arrive on a weekday, we will give you enough quarters to cover the meters from 3pm (check in) until 5pm (when parking services goes home).

On the morning you depart we will feed the meters for you from 8am until 11am (we ask that you give us the location of your car the night before). We will have a parking map at the front desk with all of the meter numbers listed on it to find your car the next morning. So when you’re parking your car, please note the meter number (a black three-digit number on the front of the meter pole).

If you are staying more than one weekday night, we will issue you a parking permit to cover the days between your arrival and departure.

1-day parking permits (that can be used throughout the Historic District) are available for purchase for $7 for visitors that wish to arrive early or stay later than check-out. If you have any questions regarding parking, PLEASE ASK! We will be happy to help as much as we can.

Street Sweeping
The City of Savannah cleans streets on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights at midnight. Every parking spot is part of a sweep zone although not every spot will have a sign. Thus you must look for the signs.

For instance, if a sign says “No Parking Saturday 12:01 a.m. to 4 a.m.", this means that you shouldn't park your car there for the night on Fridays. They will be sweeping the street between the hours listed, so if your car is parked on that side of the street during those hours, you will receive a citation.

Smoking Policy
All of the rooms are non-smoking, however a smoking area is provided on the outside decks and courtyards. A cleaning fee of $150 will be applied to your credit card if you or any of your guests smoke or burn any substance within the interior of the inn.

Damages Policy
We try hard to keep our rooms in excellent condition and we expect normal wear and tear. You are responsible for damage to the building or furnishings including spills, burns, stains etc. Should your damage require the room to be out of service, you will be responsible for any lost rentals. Please report damage as you are checking out and we can do a quick estimate. The quicker the damage is reported, the sooner we can fix it.

Pet Policy
No pets please. We are not set up to deal with even well behaved pets. There are 3 cats that live at the Inn and they stay in the courtyard area. If an Inn cat comes into your room, put it out or call the front desk to do so. Of course there is no charge for service dogs or an unexpected visit from an Inn cat.
